Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The lamp measures 40cm in total in height and the width between the feet is approximately 15cm. The original weighted base can be seen in photo 5 and the whole item weighs approximately 1.9kgs.
It isn't wired as our electrician has closed for the time being, and is sold as is.
The lamp has been professionally polished but not lacquered.
