A Rare & Fabulous Silver Plated Victorian Napkin Box in the shape of a pile of napkins on a plate - this would have been presented as a table piece for guests to help themselves to napkins. This item has family initials etched on the inside . This is the first one of these we have come across in our forty years in the antiques business !
