An eye-catching Doulton Lambeth stoneware biscuit barrel decorated with a pierced geometric design around the body in a green, dark blue and light blue, it has a silver plate mount and finial topped cover with a hinged handle. This biscuit barrell is fully marked and dated on the underside and apart from minor expected wear to the plating it is in excellent condition standing 9 ½ inches tall (top of raised handle).
