Collinge Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Unusually the table slides open on a telescopic oak frame to a impressive maximum length of 118", with two folding legs to support the centre. Unfortunately we do not have the extra middle leaves though two hardwood leaves could be made should you wish. Maker’s badge for Waring & Gillow Paris to the underside. Good condition with only minor wear to the marble.

One of the most celebrated names in British furniture, Gillows opened their Paris branch on the Champs Elysees in 1906, retailing fine furniture and undertaking full interior design schemes for the city’s wealthiest families. The influential designer Paul Follot was a later director of the Paris branch.
Dimensions: length 59" – 118", width 43", height 29½".
