Circa 1880 a Large Cloisonne Table Lamp

Description

Dating from around 1880-1900 this large cloisonné lamp may once have been a vase converted into a lamp many years ago, it weighs approximately 4kgs.

It measures 50.5cm in heigh in total; the body of the lamp measures 36.5cm from the brass top ledge to the bottom and at the widest part is approximately 66cm in diameter.

The previous owner replaced the brass top and base and had the lamp rewired (using a very old plug).
