Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 1850s.
The solid silver frame is supported on cast claw-and-ball feet, with four engraved and pierced silver ‘compartments’ which hold the four original cut-glass bottles and their stoppers, all of which are in perfect condition. It is surmounted by a tall cast silver handle, which is engraved with an original crest. Height: 7.5ins (19cms). Hallmarked for London 1849; weight: 218grams excluding the bottles.
