A gorgeous Victorian tortoiseshell and silver pin casket, assayed at the sought after Chester Office. This lovely and practical example has a rectangular body veneered in blonde tortoiseshell. The hinged lid opens to reveal a curved reservoir to assist obtaining the pins and has a hallmarked silver mount to the top. A good gift idea, both usable and decorative. Dimensions below.
