Large Mahogany Chest of Drawers C.1850.

Description

Superb quality large mahogany chest of drawers c.1850. Well figured top with crossbanded edges over two short and three long drawers of graduated depth. Matched flame mahogany veneers to the drawer fronts with cockbeaded edges and ash linings. Original turned and ebonised knobs, brass escutcheons and locks. Raised on the original tall turned bun feet front and rear. Solid mahogany sides. Some old marks to the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
