An English Victorian fusee dial wall clock. A mahogany case with brass bezel surround. A 12" painted dial with blued steel hands and signed 'S.J. CLEGG 168, NEW CROSS ROAD S.E.(London)'. An 8-day duration timepiece fusee mechanism.

Samuel James Clegg of London is listed in Loomes 'Watchmakers and Clockmakers of The World' book as working from 1875-1881.
