Good late Victorian watercolour of snow scene in Angus (Scotland) village by D.R.Sellars of Dundee. Recently re-mounted and framed. All in fine condition with no over-painting. D.R.Sellars exhibited from 1885-90 with 18 works at RSA and 2 at Glasgow Inst. Fine Art. This is a typical example of his work.
