A splendid 19th century Chinese silver snuff box of rectangular form profusely chased on all sides depicting various scenes of everyday life, it has a rear hinged lid with a gilt interior and a faint touch mark on the inner rim of the lid. This fine box shows signs of rubbing commensurate with age and handling otherwise it is in excellent overall condition measuring 2 ¾ inches in length.
