Description

A very handsome pair of late Victorian Corinthian column candlesticks with an unusual design to the base; lovely to see something slightly different.

Each of the bases is fully marked MW & Co. for Mappin and Webb, the underside has been recently covered in a new green baize to protect table tops.

Dating to c.1890 they remain in excellent antique condition without loss to the plate, minor wear commensurate with age. 4 3/4" square x 11" tall.
