Antique Ruby Red Glass Silver Gilt Scent Bottle Chatelaine

Description

A superb antique ruby glass scent bottle / chatelaine on a chain with finger ring. The bottle is excellent quality and the top and chain appear to be Silver Gilt. The gilt has worn and rubbed on the outside to leave the silver showing through but the gilt is very bright on the inside. The top is hinged and it comes with its original ground stopper.

It is in good condition for its age. There is a dent in the top (see photo) but no other major damages or cracks / chips to the glass. It has been cleaned and gently polished and overall it displays very well.

Approximate Measurements:

Height : 2 1/2" (6cm)

Width : 1" 1/4 (3.5cm)

Length inc chain : 4" (10cm)
