Antique French Carved Walnut Sofa

1900 - 1920
Description

Antique French carved walnut sofa with a lovely flowing shaped & very good carvings. It’s in very good original condition & I would date it to around the 1920-30’s period. It was upholstered in this fabric when we obtained it & the fabric is still in good condition. We appreciate the colour may not be to everyone's taste, so we are still selling it as a frame to be recovered, but if you like the colour then that’s a bonus. If you want a reupholstery quote, we will be happy to provide in your own fabric or our regular cream fabric we usually use. The solid walnut frame is sturdy & in good condition.

Height – 38 inches, 96 cm

Seat height – 16 inches, 40 cm
