Michael "Mick" Allard was born in England in 1950 and grew up in Zimbabwe. He started as a photographer, but took up painting only after the theft of his equipment in London. He is now internationally known for his lifelike and amusing work, much of which involves his love of Africa and its people. Framed and mounted maximum size including frame 53 inches wide by 43 inches high.
