The gilded frame is in good condition and it has a good quality wood panelled back.
It is currently strung to hang portrait but could be hung in any orientation.
The mirror in good original condition. There are some very minor knocks and small losses around the edges of the mirror frame and some minor wear on the mirror plate but nothing detrimental. There are some signs of some old glue repairs to the joins of the different parts of the marginal frame but nothing detrimental and it is a strudy construction overall. It has been lightly cleaned and is ready for use.
