A fine Japanese Meiji period bronze okimono of a happy Bull elephant with a raised & curled trunk, the creature has a wonderfully detailed face & skin, finished with its original ivory tusks. This splendid Elephant okimono comes with a Japanese carved hardwood stand, and is in excellent overall condition commensurate with age measuring 12 inches in length.
