Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The cupboard door features a large lion mask handle along with small lion mask handles to the drawers and brass carry handles to the sides. The cupboard locks and comes with a key. This piece would have probably started life as a commode or pedestal and has been adapted at some point, with a later top and some of the drawers are later additions. Nonetheless a very attractive piece.

This piece would have probably started life as a commode or pedestal and has been adapted at some point, with a later top and some of the drawers are later additions. Some of the beading is a little loose and some filled holes to the sides. Other general wear and marks commensurate with age.
