Description: - A pair of silver 'Blossom' pattern sugar nips tongs by Georg Jensen in their original box. The sugar nips are stamped with the marks 'GJ' (makers mark in use between 1933-1944), 'Denmark', '925', & 'Sterling'.
Date: - 1933-1944.
Engraving: - N/A.
Maker: - Georg Jensen.
Measurement: - The sugar nips measure 9.2 cm (end to end) x 4.8cm (width between nip handles) x 1.9 cm (handle depth).
Weight: - 24.4 grams / 0.78 troy ounces.
Condition: - The sugar nips are in good condition. Light surface scratches commensurate with age. The spring loaded action is strong. No splits, damage, dents, or repairs. Original box is in good overall condition - slight wear to edges. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
