Description
A large oak hall stand dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. This has been given a wax polish and has a rich and attractive patina; it is large and sturdy. The oak timber is of a good grade and there is a thick rail at the front. There would have been a rectangular drip tray at the base originally. This has 5 decorative brass hooks plus 2 smaller circular brass decorations.
