Antique Silver Toast Rack (6 Slice) 1929

Description

This superb ANTIQUE SILVER TOAST RACK has six compartments divided by an arched style frame supporting a central handle. The Silver Toast Rack, made by the well-known silversmiths of Barker Brothers Silver Ltd. in 1929, has seven delightfully shaped dividers resulting in six toast sections and the central divider has a shaped handle on the top.

This lovely Silver Toast Rack has not been engraved with any family crests or initials and one end has a full set of clearly defined hallmarks as described below.

This is fine quality Toast Rack is in exceptional condition and could be used as intended as a toast rack or as a superb desk top letter rack or would make a wonderful addition to any collection and would enhance any table setting.

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Length – 4.0” (100mm) / Width – 2.0” (50mm) / Height – 2.25” (57mm)
