Description

A Welsh fusee dial wall clock. A mahogany case with a brass bezel surround. A 12" painted dial with blued steel hands signed ' J Ingram, Penarth'. An 8-day duration timepiece fusee mechanism.

J Ingram of Penarth is recorded in Peates' 'Clockmakers in Wales' book as working from 1887 - 1899. The case back has an old label for Camerer Kuss of London who were clock makers and repairers.

Width 14 " / 36 cms Depth 6 " / 15 cms.
