Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The base section features three dividers with turned supports over a single frieze drawer with elegant brass handles, above four turned feet with original brass castors with black ceramic wheels.

Ebonised walnut with exotic burl wood inlays
Condition Report:
Beautifully figured with warm patina. Would have originally had a brass gallery to the top - two small filled in holes to the top. Some small chips to the veneer in places. General age related wear and marks commensurate with age.
