Description

A French brass cased four glass mantel clock. Bevelled glass panels with opening front and rear doors. Fine silvered fretwork panels to the top, sides and base panels. A gilt dial with silvered centre fretwork and blued steel hands. A gilt pendulum with similar silver fretwork decoration. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong by Marti of Paris. Circa 1900.
