Description

A good quality French brass cased striking carriage clock. Fluted carrying handle centre and column sides. An enamel dial with gilt dots with gilt decorative hands. A subsidiary alarm dial. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the hours and 1/2 hours on a gong. Push button repeating. An alarm feature striking on a gong. The original lever escapement. Circa 1895.
