Early 19th.c. marble top pedestal side cabinet c.1830. 21" x 18" strikingly figured grey marble top with rounded corners over a single drawer and small cupboard with shelf. Ideal as a lamp table or as pedestal for a sculpture perhaps. Beautiful burr elm veneers across the front sides and rear. Shaped drawer front, continued on the sides and rear, and a moulded surround to the door panel. Unusual brass drawer handle shaped as a swan with outstretched wings. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
