A Fine 19th C Royal Worcester Hand Painted Jug

This fine quality Royal Worcester Porcelain stylized Jug has an ivory ground and is beautifully hand-painted and gilded with a rich floral and leafy display to the front main panel and a smaller leaf design on the reverse The main body is of a bulbous shape with a long slender neck and an elegant flared spout which is balanced by the small decorative handle which is panelled and bordered in gilt. The condition of this piece is excellent with only the slightest wear to the gilding and no damage or restoration. Acquired from a private collection. Circa 1888.
