Description

Late 19th Century Malacca Sword Cane with Silver knop and collar, ending in a brass ferrule, hallmarked for London 1891, handle maker Julius Klinkhardt, with a twist lock and a Toledo blade etched in gold with the original blueing.

On one side of the bade, Toledo, on the other "Fabricado para la casa Sangster & Co ltd, Londres".

There are some signs of corrosion on the blade, otherwise in excellent condition: the features of this sword cane make it a rare and desirable piece.
