Description

Large antique 19th century stone/alabaster standing statue of Buddha /Hindu God, c 1870. I think it is either Indian or Burmese and is a fine carving with good weight. The colour is lovely with red pigments showing through the white Alabaster in places. Overall condition is good with only minor surface wear / rubbing/ nibbles all very small and insignificant.
