French Inlaid and Ormolu Mounted Vitrine

This is a superb piece of French display furniture, the cabinet is made in highly figured kingwood with a serpentine shape to the glass door, shelves and sides and the interior is lined in its original Gold Satin Damask. At the bottom there is an enclosed cupboard, this section is superbly inlaid with numerous woods in a floral pattern

The deep top of the Vitrine is mounted with decorative ormolu as are the dainty shaped legs

The Cabinet is 58” high, 15” deep and 27” wide
