An attractive silver candle holder from the mid 1920's. The raised base is decorated with repeating bands and features an interesting engraving 'Oct. 9th 1912-37'. The stem is urn in shape and features delightful panelled decoration with a stepped shoulder to the top. The sconce is flared and takes a standard size taper candle. Single candle holders were usually desk or dressing table pieces, but have many uses. A lovely, decorative and usable piece. Dimensions below.
