Stunning Gillows Rosewood Bergere Chair

Description

Gillows 19th century armchair, made in solid Rosewood with superb quality carving throughout, raised on carved tapering legs with original brass cup castors. Stamped with the cabinet makers initials "RC" which is most likely Robert Cornah - recorded in the Gillows log for Apprentices, workman and tradesmen. In wonderful condition throughout. English, Circa 1820.
