Victorian walnut linen press by Howard and sons

This Victorian walnut linen press was made in one of the finest workshops and retailers of the period, Howard and sons. They are most renowned today for their easy chairs that command very high prices and much interest.

As you would expect of a piece made with the Howard and sons label it is incredible quality. The walnut being of the best grade.

This dwarf linen press has the pair of cupboard doors that open to reveal linen slides. To the side of this cupboard is a flight of graduated drawers with mouldings around the edge and the wonderful finely turned solid walnut handles.
