Description

Handsome mid 19th.c. mahogany chiffonier side cabinet c.1860. Useful size, little larger than many we see, with two drawers over a two door cupboard fitted with a single shelf (depth 13"). Well figured top with a crossbanded edge over a shaped drawer fronts and applied carved details. Flame mahogany veneered doors with arched panels, flanked with faux columns with segmented capitals and turned bases. All raised on a thumb moulded plinth base. Solid mahogany sides, oak drawer linings, mahogany groundwork to the doors. Minor repairs to the top, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
