Description

A fine example from the 1960's. This Rolex Oyster Perpetual wristwatch has an Automatic movement and is officially certified at Chronometer standard. This particular example is model 1003 which has a very elegant engine turned stainless steel bezel.

The original vintage bracelet is also retained which will comfortably fit a wrist of 180mm. There are a few marks throughout the bracelet links commiserate with a bracelet that is now well over 50 years old (please see photographs). This watch will also be supplied with two additional leather straps by Hirsch. A green crocodile effect example and a brown leather strap. Both with steel buckles. These can be fitted upon request before delivery.

The movement has been fully serviced by our Watchmaker and carries a full 12 month guarantee. Each component has been cleaned individually using an ultrasonic bath, re-assembled, oiled and tested. A new plexiglass has been fitted. The champagne coloured dial retains its original surface.
