A fine gilt ''gorge'' cased carriage clock with push repeat and alarm, serial number 1574 and stamped between the plates with the Henri Jacot oval stamp, see large images. The clock retains its original silvered platform escapement and strikes on a very fine small French bell. The enamel dial features Roman numerals and the original ''Breguet'' hands. A fine clock and good investment.
