Antique Silver Photo Frame (5.5”X4”) 1917

Description

This beautiful genuine English Antique Solid Sterling Silver mounted Photo Frame was made by the well-known silversmith Henry Matthews in 1917.

The Silver Frame has an engine turned decoration, is a useful size and of excellent quality and this original 102 year old Sterling Silver Photo Frame is complete with its velvet covered frame (see condition report below) and backing and hinged easel stand. (Portrait Only)

In superb condition and without any added inscriptions, monograms or engravings this excellent antique frame would look lovely in any setting.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Velvet backing is completely faded – was originally blue but is in excellent condition apart from the fading.

Height – 7.25” / Width – 5.0”
