Scandinavian Mahogany Torchere. Circa 1835

19th century
Description

Unusual Scandinavian early 19th century mahogany and boxwood line inlaid tall torchere with oblong quarter veneered and line inlaid top onto octagonal column with shaped base with curved flying brackets. The top supported to corners with curved struts. All in fine original condition with just a crack to one of the feet. Fine rich colour with good waxed patina.
