In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
All four pieces are fully and clearly hallmarked for Sampson Mordan & Co Chester, 1903. The total weight of silver is approximately 108g.

They are all in very good condition. There are signs of age and use and there are some faint surface marks and a few light surface scratches but nothing detrimental. They have been lightly cleaned and polished and are ready for use.

The red leather box is excellent quality with a silk lining and fitted turquoise velvet base. The retailer's name is inside the lid "Wilson & Gill. The Goldmsiths. 139 Regent Street. London. W". The outer of the case is not without some signs of age and minor knocks and scuffs around the edges but overall it displays very well. The box measures approximately 7" (18cm) long x 2 1/2" (6cm) wide.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions please ask. UK Special Delivery £10, rest of the world £20.
