Description

A fine and rare early 20th century silver mounted Pin Cushion made in the form of a World War 1 Army Officers Hat, the wooden frame covered in brown velvet to simulate khaki.

Made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths of Adie and Lovekin at the beginning of WWI in 1914.

A rare Silver Pin Cushion in Very Good condition despite its age that would add to any collection.

Condition:

Used / Very Good

There are no repairs.

Slight rippling to silver band.

Frame slightly warped – nothing much but mentioned for accuracy – see photos.

Dimensions:

Height – 20mm / Width – 51mm / Diameter – 44mm

Weight – 18.5gm / 0.59ozt
