Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1880s.
This settee is not quite symmetrical, because one side is designed longer than the other. I particularly like the way the arms slope down & have wedge shaped ends. The previous owner bought this settee from Liberty of London about 30 years ago for a lot of money. I’m not sure who the maker was, but it is good quality & dates to around the 1880-90’s period.
