The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the 1910s.
Gilded borders with raised gilded beads and beaded swags and garlands hang below the frieze and further raised gilding to the lid. Stamped to the base, no date mark but c.1915.

It measures 17.5cm (6 7/8") high and 7.5cm (3") wide. Condition is very good with no damage or restoration. There is a small section (approx. 1/2" square) of the pink ground near the foot that is showing some light cracking which seems common for this colour with Minton. Surface wear otherwise is minimal save some light crazing to the pink on the shoulders. There is minimal sign of any wear to the enamelling or gilding.
