A Fine Regency Satinwood Work Table

Description

A fine Regency satinwood oval work table, raised on fine molded legs with scroll toes and paint decorated line, supporting a pleated silk work bag above which is a decorated frieze. The top is secured by a small lock and lifts to open, it is also decorated, this time with a wide banding of palmette motifs. 725mm high, 450mm wide and 340mm deep. Circa 1820.
