Description

Gents 9ct gold Rotary wrist watch, 1965.

The watch has a 21-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Rotary wings logo.

The watch itself measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1965. The case has light surface marks but overall is in good condition.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds and an early form of quickset date where the hands are moved backwards and forwards repeatedly between 12 midnight and 8.30pm.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a later Rotary presentation box.
