The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is believed to be from Buser Freres & Cie. SA. The family owned company was established in 1892, initially designing and producing movements.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the 10ct gold plated Moon model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, an English supplier of cases to many watch manufacturers. The Moon model was originally guaranteed to wear for 20 years and this particular case is in nice condition with only a small "ding" to the edge of the back cover.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in good condition. The dial is in lovely condition too and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a single albert, 31cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
