Empire Style Ffench King Size Caned Bergere Bed

Description

Lovely French king size caned bergere bed. Empire style with pretty decorative bed knobs and carved frame. Original naturally aged paint work has been cleaned and waxed to preserve. Cane work in good condition. Waxed to preserve. Side rails have been adapted to support modern size king size mattress 150cm x 200cm.

Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattresses)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Photograph taken with 5cm platform base and price £225.We can also supply 4" deep base for £275cm. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £250 -£850each. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
