A good quality Edwardian mahogany and inlaid dressing chest or shaving stand. The shield shaped mahogany and bevel edged mirror with boxwood stringing supported on a brass adjustable column. The three quarter galleried top with satinwood cross banding between boxwood and ebony line inlay above the 2 short and 1 long crossbanded drawers with brass pulls. The panelled cupboard door having further satinwood banding and conforming brass pull and the whole raised on square tapering legs with boxwood stringing and a shelf under tier. The stiles having further boxwood stringing inlay and the sides having brass clothes hooks. The whole in very good condition with slight speckling to the mirror. Dimensions:- Height…62.5’’/ 159cm.
