C19th English set of fruitwood library steps; the five treads of tapering form on a traditional 'A' frame with turned tapering legs to the rear, united by stretchers. Strong and sturdy, suitable for regular use. Good colour and patination.

Very good condition. Some old marks on the treds comensurate of age and use.
