Whisky Noggin – Silver Mounted 1915

1900 - 1920
Description

This lovely SILVER MOUNTED WHISKY NOGGIN was made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths of Hukin & Heath in 1915.

This is a superb example of a whisky noggin in the classic star cut base design. The solid silver mount and lid are hallmarked and both the glass and the silver are in excellent condition.

A Noggin was designed as a single serving of a drink and was either served at table or taken to bed ! This one holds approximately 50mls or a double shot which is ideal for a little tipple !!

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Dimensions:

Height – 4.5” (115mm) / Diameter – 2.5” (64mm)

Weight – 190gm / 6.13ozt
