Description

A George III Giltwood Mirror.

The 18th Century mirror with a leaf swept pediment, tapering toward scrolled leaf ears, from which hang leaves, fruits and flowers. The body of the mirror with an ogee profile inner moulding, holding the original plate. The mirror finished with scrolled bracket corners between a leaf decorated frieze.

Date c 1750.

Height 32 inches, 81cm.

Width 20 1/2 inches, 52cm.
